Our Office Precautions

  • We will call you up from the parking area when we are ready for your appointment to minimize your wait in the office
  • We are trying to stagger appointment times so there are no or a minimal number of patients in the waiting room at any one time.
  • Front desk barriers have been installed
  • Waiting room chairs are made of plastic for easy wiping
  • Fewer waiting room and chairs are spaced for distancing
  • We have a One Way circular path from the waiting room to the treatment rooms and back to the front desk to minimize crossing paths with other patients
  • All common surfaces are disinfected including the debit machine and counters
  • We use Force of Nature™ spray to disinfect common surfaces
  • We ask that you bring your own mask or we will provide you with one.
  • Hand sanitization stations are available and we ask that you sanitize your hands as you enter the office and after your appointment.
  • Your temperature and SPO₂ (blood oxygen saturation) will be taken
  • Covid screening questions will be asked
  • All team members are screened daily while in the office
  • We have four, six stage Surgically Clean Air ™ air filters in the office that rapidly turn over, clean and sterilize the air in the treatment rooms and the waiting area.
  • Each treatment room has a closable door for isolation and an air evacuation fan that continuously removes generated aerosols and provides negative pressure in the room
  • We follow IPAC rules which provide guidelines to hospitals and all healthcare providers in the Province regarding sterilization and disinfecting the entire office.
  • We wear masks at all times in the office common areas and full PPE while treating patients
  • Washrooms are disinfected after each use and the light switch is automatic so it does not have to be touched
