Our team is dedicated to welcoming patients to our office in the same way they would welcome them into their homes. We believe your first encounter with our office should be a comfortable one, from the time you first call, to the time we say good-bye. We are here to serve you and to acquaint ourselves with your needs, your problems and your fears.
Enthusiastic and experienced, our Certified Dental Assistants are committed to ensuring that your comfort is their top priority. Our managerial team is well versed in such business matters as insurance procedures and will seek to accommodate you in all areas related to treatment.
Our goal is to be 110% positive, whether interacting with patients or co-workers, always remembering that you, the patient, is the reason for being here!
Our office hours are 8am to 5pm Monday through Thursday, but we're always on call for our patients, or anyone requiring our services!
Our Office Precautions
- We will call you up from the parking area when we are ready for your appointment to minimize your wait in the office.
- We are trying to stagger appointment times so there are no or a minimal number of patients in the waiting room at any one time.
- Front desk barriers have been installed -Waiting room chairs are made of plastic for easy wiping,
- Fewer waiting room and chairs are spaced for distancing.
- We have a One Way circular path from the waiting room to the treatment rooms and back to the front desk to minimize crossing paths with other patients.
- All common surfaces are disinfected including the debit machine and counters.
- We use Force of Nature™ spray to disinfect common surfaces.
- We ask that you bring your own mask or we will provide you with one.
- Hand sanitization stations are available and we ask that you sanitize your hands as you enter the office and after your appointment.
- Your temperature and SPO₂ (blood oxygen saturation) will be taken.
- Covid screening questions will be asked.
- All team members are screened daily while in the office.
- We have four, six stage Surgically Clean Air ™ air filters in the office that rapidly turn over, clean and sterilize the air in the treatment rooms and the waiting area.
- Each treatment room has a closable door for isolation and an air evacuation fan that continuously removes generated aerosols and provides negative pressure in the room.
- We follow IPAC rules which provide guidelines to hospitals and all healthcare providers in the Province regarding sterilization and disinfecting the entire office.
- We wear masks at all times in the office common areas and full PPE while treating patients.
